Dedicated Rentals
Cancellation, Rental and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Dedicated Rentals for your event rental needs. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all reservations and rental agreements.
Deposit and Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward your total rental balance.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs more than 2 days before the event date, any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded, minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event date are non-refundable in full.
Reservation Modifications
All changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Changes resulting in a lower balance do not qualify for refunds. Additional charges must be paid immediately if the balance increases.
Event Postponement
Postponements are treated as cancellations unless approved in writing. All payments, including deposits, remain non-refundable.
No-Shows & Early Returns
Failure to use rental items or early returns do not qualify for refunds.
Weather cancellations
Weather cancellations are subject to this policy. Refunds or credits are issued our sole discretion.
Damage or Loss
Clients are responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning fees, which may be charged to the payment method on file.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
